Brass Fertilizer & Petrochemical Company Limited signed a binding MOU with the Chengzhi Group

During a trip to China in April 2023, Brass Fertilizer & Petrochemical Company Limited signed a binding Memorandum of Understanding with the Chengzhi Group – the largest MTO plant operator in China for the offtake of 2.4 million metric tonnes per annum of methanol for a minimum of 20 years, while committing to a 10% equity investment and operations and maintenance of the Plant(s).
